The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Images
While we try to make sure that the dimensions and images shown on the website are as accurate as possible, they are all approximate and intended to be illustrative; they may not exactly match the product itself as colours and grain may vary. Our product specifications may occasionally change. If this happens, we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price.
Prices
All prices on the website exclude VAT and are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
Supply of Goods & Delivery
The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable and fit for the intended use. Please ensure that the correct quantity is ordered; a 50% re-stock fee will be applied to any returned boards. If you do not accept this condition, please do not order!
Delivery dates vary across the region. Please check this when placing your order. Please note, all deliveries are dependent on stock availability and orders must be placed by 2pm for next-day delivery (in the applicable areas). Deliveries will only be made on weekdays; weekend deliveries are not available.
Delivery will only be made when payment has been received in full and delivery charges will apply to all orders. As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipt of delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
Delivery will be made to the kerbside and the placement of your products is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Please check all of the goods on delivery and indicate any damages, shortages or errors on the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for subsequent theft of any product once delivered to an agreed location; please make necessary arrangements to avoid this possibility. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet any date agreed for delivery, we cannot accept any liability for delivery delays or any consequences of a delayed delivery.
Delivery charges stated by the delivery charge calculator should be used for guidance only, although mostly correct there can be subtle variations dependent upon delivery conditions. Aborted deliveries will still be charged and re-delivery will be charged at the same rate.
We strongly recommend that you do not book tradesmen until your order has been received and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third party charges for deliveries not received or not checked upon receipt.
Title and Risk
Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.
Title in the products shall not pass to the Buyer until we have received payment in full.
Payment
All orders must be paid for in full at the time they are placed.
We accept on-line payment or payment over the phone with all major credit and debit cards.
Availability
All goods are offered subject to availability. Where goods are found to be unavailable or discontinued, We will offer a similar substitute if available, subject to your agreement.
If an appropriate substitute is not available, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to items being delayed or unavailable.
